EBY Tours — Agencia de Viajes ("EBY Tours") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have over it, under Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1074 de 2015.

What we collect
Only what you give us when requesting a booking: name, WhatsApp number and, optionally, email, country, preferred language, dietary restrictions and notes about your plan.
This website stores no data on any server of ours and uses no tracking cookies. The booking form only composes a message and opens it in WhatsApp: the data travels straight from your device to our WhatsApp Business account.
What we use it for
To confirm availability, arrange the meeting point, adapt the menu to your dietary needs and answer your questions before, during and after the activity.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention
We keep WhatsApp conversations for the duration of the commercial relationship and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
As the data subject you may access, update, correct and delete your information, and withdraw the consent you gave. To exercise any of these rights write to ebytours@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +57 301 7388093. We answer within the timeframes set by law.
Third-party services
Booking requests are sent through WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, and are therefore also subject to that service's privacy policy.
